Brad has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 20 years. His experience is vast from working as a Mortgage Loan Officer, a Mortgage Underwriter, Manager, Realtor, & Foreclosure Specialist.  Brad started Promised Land Foreclosure Assistance after seeing a tremendous need for greater education and true professional assistance for homeowners who are in the foreclosure process.

Brad is a family man. He lives in the Salt Lake City, Utah area with his wife and four children.  They are a typical busy family juggling many sports and activities. They also love the great outdoors, camping, traveling, and just spending time together as a family.

Brad is a licensed UT Realtor with NRE Real Estate Professionals and has held a UT real estate license for over 15 years.
