Option 5 – We have great contacts for Hard Money Lending if that is the course of action that best suits your situation. Again, please keep in mind that these types of loans only act as band-aids and may very likely not solve the underlining problem and should only be used with great care.
Option 6 – We have many Realtor contacts throughout the United States who specialize in assisting homeowners in the foreclosure process whom we can connect you with. Please keep in mind that sufficient time (often months) is needed to sell your house. The further along you are in the foreclosure process the less time there is to make it happen. If this is your desired option, PLEASE act quickly. In certain scenarios there are things we can do to stop the foreclosure sale when only days or weeks away. Again, you MUST ACT QUICKLY! It's also important to note, not all real estate agents have the specialized knowledge and skill to effectively navigate the foreclosure process.
Option 7 – Either our Property Acquisitions arm, Promised Land Ventures Group or other associated investor(s) can purchase your house quickly before your house is sold at auction and the foreclosure is finalized. Of course this option will require that you are willing to sell your house for less than the market value OR are open to other creative (totally legitimate and legal) ways of making it happen. Many investors don't know how to structure creative ways of purchasing a property without significant equity. They will just say they can't help and move on. Option 8 – Foreclosure will happen by itself if nothing is done to stop it. Unfortunately, too many are forced into this option because no action is taken or it is taken too late. We can help stop it, so your credit is not ruined!
